Final project report - Retention of employees

my project is being decide and the topic is "A study of relationship between motivation,commitment and retention. " im thinking to take herzberg's maintenance theory as my base for this and im taking hotel industry and 4 different hotels,i have taken hotel coz i worked in hotel for my summer project anyways wot u think about this do rply me and plz smita can u mail me ur project i jst wanted to take some help from it .my email is

hi seema,
thats a good topic to work on since all the three are somehow interconnected. as far as my report is concerned i am sending it to your mail id. i am not sending the whole report since i am not allowed by my faculty to do so, instead i am sending the ppt. which would help you understand the findings of my project. if u find any difficulty let me know, i'd try helping u out.

nice to know about knowing ur topic of project. best topic you have choosen as Rentention is now is critical problem for industries like mainly IT & BPO's
