Hi Rosiana,

Welcome to CiteHR. Every company has its own Leave Policy. Rgdg the types of leave as everyone knows It can be classified as three types,

1. CASUAL LEAVES
2. SICK LEAVES
3. PAID or EARNED LEAVES

One tip which I would like to give you is incase of any query u have on any subject just type in the keyword in the "Quick Search" box provided in the top left corner. It would throw up the discussion threads related to that particular topic.

Hope this helps!

Happy Learning.

Hi Rosiana,

Welcome to the forum. Yes, Raghav is right about the type of leaves.

But in our company, we started one new type of leave i.e. emergency leave. As we don't give the facility of availing PL/EL,CL,SL to the employees who have joined as "TRAINEES". During the training period, they will be given 10 emergency leaves.

If still your query is not solved, revert back.
