I have one unanswered question in my mind. What would be the market value of a person who has 1 year of Exp in HR, drwaing 15k and has completed the SAP - HR from a Not-so-reputed institute (say for 25k). What would be the range of salaries offered to him/her(anywhere in India) if incase he/she gets an offer from a company.? or Upto how much he/she can demand
