I have one unanswered question in my mind. What would be the market value of a person who has 1 year of Exp in HR, drwaing 15k and has completed the SAP - HR from a Not-so-reputed institute (say for 25k). What would be the range of salaries offered to him/her(anywhere in India) if incase he/she gets an offer from a company.? or Upto how much he/she can demand

This is suneetha . i have completed my MBA (HR) in 2005. i have one year of experience as hr executive and now i am thinking of learning SAP.

Can anybody suggest me i my decision is right . or should i wait untill i get one more year of domain experience.
