Default HR processes

:? hello i m working as a recruitment executive in Mumbai. i have been handling IT recruitments. Now i want to switch over to HR Process.But i m completely clueless as to how to go about it cas i dont hav any experience into it.
will be grateful if u cud help me out

MUCH USEFUL IF YOU COULD PROVIDE

-your educational background

-your length of experience

-your various experience

-have you been through any aptitude test
etc

This would help to provide a better direction/ scope.

Hi Leo,
I hav completed my Bachelors in Management Studies from Mumbai University. I have total of 8 months experience
previously i was working with Reliance Infostreams for 3 months.
Now i m want to shift to HR processing
plz do guide me and giv an insight as to what all r included in HR Process other than the normal payroll, compensation & benefits etc
