i also have of the same of "easiest way to have sucess" just like you but i got confirmed after seeing the post of ash i also need some remedy and i think it could be silly question but i have to ask, any way i just had my mba as mktg & fin dual specialization but want to poke my nose in hr field is it possible or do i have any short term course to get into this
Any body please help me out

See where your strengths lie. If u r strong in analytical skills - Pls carry on with Finance as a career.

Getting into HR is nt a problem here. But u first need to analyze what you could focus on as a career. Career is a long term relationship. Something that u shuld love doing ur whole life... So analyze what u would really want to do and then decide. Take time for this, don be in a hurry to finalize ur decision.
