Kindly help me sending a sample Bond Copy/Overseas Agreement Copy, since I am sending my employee abroad from the company. Since the attrition rate is so high, that if this employee after gaining onsite experience would shift the company once he is back. To avoid this I need some formalities to be done before sending him abroad.

Hi I am working for hotel as HR executive. We had hired an sales manger who left the job at the peak time without prior intimation and hence now new sales manager is about to join us and so i want to know the format of employee contract bond for 2 years and what to include in the bond.
1) should we pay him the fixed salary throughout the bond?
2) should we provide him benefits with other staff like PF, Other allowances, etc
3) apart from this contract letter , do we need to give him offer letter also?
