Hi Arti,
ISTD is a very reputed institute, which will enlarge your knowledge in the field of Training & Development. The best is to take on the job experience, which will never be taught by any course or institute including any MBA institute or course.

Dear all,
The course ISTD will be a corresponding course in training & development. I want to improve my training skills and enroll for a course on the same but i feel practical knowledge is very important ,which this corresponding course won't offer. Can you please suggest some regular college in mumbai which conducts classes on weekends or in evening on weekdays.
Thanks in advance.

Hi All,
Regarding the courses in law, which you find to be most suitable for an HR professional. Also please suggest colleges/university which provides excellent courses through distance learning/correspondance.
Also encourage our seniors to spare their valuable time towards my concern & suggest me other alternatives too.

Hi Arti,
Good day to you.
I suggest that you also try looking into the programmes of the Association of Business Executives (ABE.UK) and University of Southern Queensland (USQ). The first is an education provider whose examinations are administered by the The British Council and the latter is a prestigious school in Australia. Both provide quality learning, geared towards working people, easy to manage, reasonably priced and reputable and recognized.
I hope you find a prorammes that suits and meets your needs.
Thank you.
