One crore a quarter

Hi All!

Is it practically possible to earn a business for one crore rupees in a quarter in a consultancy business only from the IT sector?

Is it an unrealistic target?

If u think it is possible , pls suggest ur ideas.

There are no details provided by you such as

How old your company is?

WHich consultancy you are talking about?

What companies you target?

Generally speaking one crore in a quarter is not unrealistic, but I can answer your query after getting the details.

Hi!

The consulatncy is 6 years old. It is targeting all the major companies in IT industry who can give continuos requirements. It is located in Hyderabad. But the employee strength is just close to 120. Is one crore possible?

I think a six year old companies should have a goal of one crore or more in one quarter.

What is the history, like how much have your company been doing in last six years?

You didn't mention the kind of consultancy services you provide to the IT Industry, is it providing candidates or other thing as well.

Hi Archana!

We have been into manpower support services. It could be doing more than a crore but this time, I am supposed to do it. We have say, 15 clients who pay somewhere arounf 70-80 k per closure. I am actually confused with the big numbers . Pls help.

Hi Vasudha,

If the clients are only 15 and paying 70-80K per closure, It depends upon the number of closures surely.

DOn't be afraid of the target, just put in your best efforts, and see that the company has done this much in past or not.

If 15 clients can give you approx 130 closures then surely you can do it.
