SLABS of SALARY

Dear All,

This is regarding predecided slabs of basic salary of an employee.
Is there any calculation or parameters to decide these slabs???
Because after every appraisal or at the time of salary revision the question comes that how much rise to give in basic salary

right now we are having hike of 20% or 30% on basic salary. But i want to decide slabs based on sale as i m working in Pharma sales com. Product sale is a major criteria.

please guide on salary slabs.

Hi Swapna,

You can use CTC to calculate the salary per month. You can also monitor the salary hike history using Payroll Champion from ProcessWeaver.

You can also see how CTC distribute to each and every component of the CTC.
