Dear citehr experts,
I am satheesraja .P from coimbatore i am working as a hr executive in textile industry.I have an a doubt regarding EPF Monthly remittance due date(last date).As per the act 15 th is last date,and also 5 days grace period for every month .Is there any amenment (special provision)regarding 5 days grace period :?:.Kindly sent the details to my id

Dear Friend

I my openion there is no grace time for PF remittence. The due date is on or before 15th of every month.If u r remitting after 15th they will calculate demerage /interest for the late payments.

Sir,

One of our contractor is unable to pay PF monthly remmitance challan for the month of NOV'2010 but wants to pay in next month, I want to know that what will be the rates of interest for late payment and how it will be calculated. Please send the details in my email
