SECOND CITEHR BANGALORE MEET

Hi Friends,
After the grand and worthwhile First citehr meet at Bangalore, we are ready for the SECOND MEET! As decided during the last meet, we will be meeting on 8th October, Sunday at 4 PM. The venue will be notified during the first week of October.

Through this site, I call all the forum members to suggest topics for discussion during the meet. This is open to both friends from Bangalore and every forum member of citehr. During the meet we will select some very important topics and discuss in detail so that everybody is benefitted.

I invite all the forum members including the Daring Dozen of Bangalore to suggest agenda for our next meet!

We expect that every memeber of Cite HR residing in Bangalore or anywhere in India or abroad can be part of this meet and share his rich experience and if has any specific HR related doubt or querry can discuss the case with the participants, there will be senior members also present so you might get some insight from them and the rest of the members can gain and learn from each other's experiences

Many thanx to Srinaren ONCE AGAIN for the initiative taken . Your call during our previous meet was a big boost to us. We are meeting again on the 8th, we look forward to your encouragement. Of course, your actual presence would be delightful...

As we have a lot of functions in HR Department like Recruitment , employee relation , training and developement, Labour act , compensations and benefits, Organisational development, knowledge management , change management and so forth .

So we can discuss this one by one .

Where are you Daring Dozen! Please do confirm your participation. We have important things on agenda this time. I should thank few members who have really taken interest to motivate few non-citehr people to register on citehr as well as made them to understand the importance of the off line hr meet and got a committment to attend the meet. We all would expect Second meeting of CIte HR - Bangalore with lot of activities / Benificial programes / discussion etc.. with huge members participating ..

Inputs on various topics ofcourse which is very important but lets not mess with various topics ,

Gradually we can share & Discuss the valuable knowledge...

We can choose the topic & shall start discussing on few Subjects like

How to retain the important / Reliable Employee in the organisation for minimum 3 years
