Mohit,
Please let me know what kind of business you are involved in or the kind of messages you communicate with your US clients. This would help me in suggesting a few examples/templates.
A few points you need to note:
You always use Verdana font - size 10
Bullet points will not have sentences ending with a full stop
You never say "please find attached...." , you will start by saying "Attached please find...."
You dont end using "yours sincerely", or "thanking you..." - you use - thanks, regards.
We should not use "expecting a qucik / favourabkle reply" - you'd say - "I'd appreciate if you could keep me posted on the same / follow-up on the same so we can start working on the project"
Many like this - pls give more clear idea.

Dear Mohit,
Please check the attachments. I have attached an excel sheet for project status report - but I have used the example for a recruitment services company. But, please take a look at it.
The mails may be useful - but change according to your need.
Thanks,
Ash
