Is Symbiosis centre for distance learning courses internationally valid? Plz help

Hi friends,
I am new to this group
I am currently working in a good Pvt firm in Pune. I have 6 months experience. I have completed BE from Mumbai university.

I have observed after reading the forums that Symbiosis institute is good for distance learning but I have these queries

1. Is the PG diploma course from symbiosis internationally valid as in will it add value to my resume abroad?
2. And if in between the course i shift abroad so will I be able to give online exams from there?
