2)how competitive is the market for jobs
3)What are the benefits common to the industry
4)Have you create a benchmark jobs in the market to create a salary spine?
5)How is salary level adjusted internally for the jobs whose salary is not significantly guided by market forces?
6)What is % difference between the grades, & what type of salary band
7)Has the company clear job families

What process has been adopted for job evaluation
9) When was the compensation structure last revised
