Your unauthorised absence is adversely affecting the work/production schedules causing hindrances to the smooth functioning of the factory.this act on your part amounts to serious misconduct and violation of service rules of the company. Hence you are directed to explain the reasons in writing within ---- days from the receipt of this memo as why disciplinary action should not be initiated against you.
