Dear All,

We are in a process of conducting Succession Plan and conduct Assessment centre for our company at middle level and senior level management.

As a part of this, i have already identified competencies and finalised the various exercises and role play for same.

I request you all , if any one can share with me the formats for recording of findings of assessment centre and format which can be used to summarise the individual performance during the assessment centre.

Awaiting for your kind reply on this matter at the earliest.

I am doing my MBA(HR) and I m in d last sem...I have done my summer internship project on potential appraisal and I designed the assessment center for that company...I think you will get help from the following book which I used and I think it will help you a lot.

Assessment/Development Centres are powerful tools in the hands of the trained: dangerous tools in the hands of the ill equipped.
May I caution you at this stage that your approach is flawed and it may harm more than charm people.
I would suggest you use any consultant who is formally trained on the best practises of AC/DC. As a trainer in AC/DC process and tools, we teach professionals to use the Mercedes model of Personality: the Cognitive, the Affective and the Conative or behavioral assessment process. This means have some relevant and valid ability/personality assessments like GRT1/CRTB/TTB, some personlity tests like 15FQ+/OPP/SPI/VMI that relates to your comoetencies and also appropriate simulations. These need to be adminsitered in a standardised manner after imparting training to all to make the process valid as well as reliable.You can learn more about the psychometrics from www.psytech.co.in

Dear All,
We recive notice from P.F Authority under 7A.During the inspection of Wages Register
we are haveing peaice rate workmen.after giving wages we put in O.T,Now O.T more
than as permit in Factory Act.We are telling that excess O.T is comes under perview of Factories Act. please advice
