Any skill can be mastered through careful practice and feedback which helps you correct mistakes.
Ditto for reading English, writing English and speaking English.
If you want to become a good conversationalist in English, practice talking with someone who would listen to you and then tell you your mistakes. When you look for a training program, ask them how much live practice would you get.
