Recruitment is one of the part of various functions of HR department. IN real sense it is finding the right fit for the right hole and stimulating and attracting him to join the organisation.
HR recruitmer's job is:
-to assess the need of organisation
-deciding the source(referal, job portrals)
-finding the right match(resume, Interview)
-attracting him to join

Dear Mr Prakash,
You can start as Recruiter & slowly move to Generalist role,for recruitment pls go through classified column of news paper, list all the technologies/skills & study what they require & what required to match the asked job specs,you will understand clearly & then nex procedure will be sourcing right talent from job portals by giving matching strings & talking to the candidates & understanding their role .

Am new to Cite Hr.. so i might tend to make slight errors.. :)
Well, I am Sneha Shriyan, final year graduating student (B.com), from Mumbai. I would love to pursue my post graduation in the field of H.R. and i am appearing for the entrance exam (CET) as well..
However, I want to do it only if i get into one of the Best B-schools else, i'd prefer to work and then apply again next yr or so.
I have only 4 months of Wrk. Experience as an H.R. Trainee. I wish to work in any HR Consulting Company where there is good scope for Beginners.
I can assure u that if i will be given intial guidance, as i have work experience only in Recruitment, i will deliver excellent Results.
Do you'll think that as a beginner, i have good scope in HR consulting comapnies? or will i have to start in a placement agency?
