Can anyone explain to me about the HR Practices, policies and procedures, labour laws, visa processing procedures, being followed in UAE. I would like to know if there is any website for the same. Also would like to understand the salary structure being followed. I know that there is no tax here. Also would like to understand how do they calculate the leaves, full and final, gratuity, incentives. What kind of appraisal system do they follow. How do they calculate the attrition rate. Hi,
I have joined an organisation in the HR Department of a RETAIL firm, in Free Zone Dubai.
I need your help in designing the HR Policy manual. The strength of the firm is around 400 employees. I have to start from scratch as the HR Department is a new concept for the firm.
Also the organisation wants to implement the Grading System for the employee.
I have been an HR in the IT Sector,so dont have much idea of who the Retail sector works. So, Kindly help. Its urgent.
