Dear all,
I have been reading many posts on this site and my impression is that people without formal qualification are become HR Managers. Similarly, I got impression about India that you don't need to be MBBS or BE or any formal qualification to practice medical profession or engineering.
Because either its fraud nature or lack of law and order in this country people can practice any profession without proper qualification.
My friends from India here in Dubai told me that many Bangali BABA kind of peoples or touts areworking as Medical Professionals. And these questions put up by most members appears Bangali BABA HR Managers sort of thing in happening all over India.

Your impression about India and people working in India are wrong. Certainly, there might be people practicing medicine without proper qualification but I will not entertain them at all. One person had come to my locality after 'serving' for a decade in the UK claiming that he was a medical practitioner. very soon we developed doubts on him but he vanished himself from the clinic to 'resume' his work at his past place!

I don't support your view that anybody can practice any profession without basic qualification. It is a wrong information passed to you by your Bengali friends.

If I say that only people who do not find any employment in India or only those whose services are not required by Indian companies or who are not worth to get into a profession in India do get employment in your place, Dubai, what will be your reaction?

Please tell your Bengali friends that do not blame the whole Indians just on the ground of some saints or babaas who practice some traditional medicine and that also for some minor irritations and ailments and not for heart attack!

Always believe the facts plz......
We also hear many things about other countries but we do not entertain it till we find the facts. I dont know who says what but its up to you to believe.
India has a huge population and huge no. of educated & intellegent citizens. Here its difficult to get job without proper qualification or experience. This is the fact.
With such a huge population there may some possibilities of such things but making an impression for everyone or for whole country its absolutely wrong. So try not to form such impression.
And lastly we Indians do not need to prove anything regarding our intelligence or education coz now its world known and we are working successfully in each part of world and every stream.
Thanks.

Thanks to all for sharing your insight,

I was also surprised to here from my Indian Friend that no qualification required to practice any profession in India. I was also told that people get printed some Fake Engineering and Medical Degrees Certificates from New Delhi and Mumbai there are many printing press who print such degrees and agents are selling to needy people.

Specially, Most of the people here in Middle East out of 100 Indians 95 belongs to the state of Kerla and they do not hold formal qualification as well and work as HR and Administration as well as Secretarial jobs. I personally find many Kerla citizens who worked as Drivers some time back now working as Manager in Travel Company or Hotels claiming that they did Business Managememt from India, but in reality I was informed by one Keral citizen that all these degree Certificates are fake and manipulated.

I experience many such practices by Most of Kerla and Philipino's in the Middle East with Fake Certificates working as Doctors and Engineers.

Well Sir,
One thing I would like to mention you mentioned one example of some bengali fake doctors, its not only bengali all over india, in all states, cities there are fake and fraud people, from doctors, sadhus, to HRs.
And in faking indians are very smart even i have cheated its very easy to get hold of a printer for printing certificates but i did not forge my certificates just when i was a small little naughty kid to get driving license i modified my date of birth to show im above 18 and got my driving license then after some years I realized my mistake and then threw that license away and made a new one, and when i made new one the process became computerized with photo n fingerprint in their database ;-) saved atlast ;-)

Now captian has taken a different view that there are plenty of fake doctors and engineers in Dubai. It is the matter of civil administration of that country, I have nothing to do about it. His thread started blaming that no qualification is required to practice a profession in "India". Now it has taken a turn that in India it is not possible whereas it is possible abroad!

Dear friend, a person holding an MBA degree may find it difficult to find a job which gives him adequate salary at least to repay his education loan. He may even be ready to accept an employment of a driver in Dubai. Once settled, he may find a job of manager. The man you met as driver and manager may belong to this category. I know personally some post graduates (genuine PGs from Calicut and Kerala Universities) who went to Dubai as labourers and lateron got employed in very good institutions. I know that there are still a good number of Post Graduates employed in Dubai as class IV employees. The case of Kerala is also similar. We have PGs doing work of attenders and sweepers in government offices. Owing to lack of professionalism, many good posistions are occupied by graduates of average skills.

Therefore, don't blame the entire country (now the blame has come down to a state, Kerala only) because we, those who work in India and for India will not tolerate it.

Dear Captain Cook,

It is a matter of perceptions. You have been seeing other side of the India only.

May I remind you that India could launch moon mission named "Chandrayaan" recently. Do you think that it is possible to do that just with fake scientist?

Medical tourism is booming in India. Large number of patients come to India for the treatment of cardiac, pulmonary or neurological disorders. Do you think that it is possible to do that just with fake doctors?India is a back office of the world. India is software giant also. Do you think that it is possible to be a giant by writing fake codes for the software?

I can quote 'n' number of examples of this kind.

The reality is that India have a vast population. With this population anything and everything is possible in India. Second challenge is that Indians do not hold that kind of pride for their country. The third challenge is that average Indian is quite undisciplined person.

Recently there was a news report that a British was punished for raping his daughters! Not only he raped, but his two daughters had four pregnancies of these rapes. The news was so sickening to read. Does it mean that I should make different opinion of Great Britain as a whole? No, this is not a portrait of average British.

You have came across with the bunch of unpatriotic citizens of India. But let me remind you Captain that Indians are most successful foreigners in any given country. Success everywhere does not come with deceit activities.

Mr. Captaincook,
I am amazed at your comment and also you are trying justify the same second time. As far as i know Dubai is having a lot of Indian Doctors and engineers. If Dubai is progressing a lot of Indians have contributed for that. I also had friends who had come from middle east for education in India. Lot of Indian schools have there branches in middle east. When you comment you need to get your facts rite.

Hey Captian Cook, What qualifications and ethics are you talking about? BTW... the world knows that Dubai is is a country built with black money from illegal activities like smuggling and drugs and what not ! Why dont you question your own countrymen about this. Or maybe they are professionally qualified in this ??????
