Hi Aravind,Its working fine with all the people i sent to....I guess the excel version that is used in my office is not supporting the document.... When i open the file it shows 2009 calendar, starting on a saturday, when i change it again to 2009 it shows Jan 1 saturday....Anyway i will try to figure it out with the IT team here..Thanks again..... :-)
