Dear All,
DRISHTI - the mumbai chapter of citeHR intends to make its quarterly meets as one full day National Convention events on the selected themes as under:
DEC meet - Role of technology in HR
FEB meet - Retention Strategies
MAY Meet - Quantifying HR
The idea behind doing it this way is to have a broader spectrum and invite participation in every way from other chapters and cities as well and also invite non member professional from the industry in this meet. This would encourage interaction among several HR prof across other cities also and provide a wider learning platform.
The idea has been shared with Sid.
On behalf of the executive committe we invite an Opinion poll from all citeHR members.
If majority is in favour of it, this be a start of something important for HR community .
If the response if not in favour of it, we would look at keeping it a city level meet only.

I blv this could be a starting point for ALL citeHR chapters..we as mumbai chapter is only initiating to set the ball rolling.
Hyd and Delhi have had excellent meets..I think this Idea can prove to be realtime platform to bring together entire HR community.

what we are looking at is people from across the chapters / across the cities should be able to participate and we would love to invite them for the same too.
