Inthe 'Forces for Change' slide, you maybe you could include the Customers(both internal and external) needs, aspirations and reqmnts.
and in the "org for change' you could think of incl the point of "communication". Infact lack or failure of timely and appropriate communication can take down Titanics.
Then there is a need for mid course evaluation, which ofcourse i presume is getting covered in the strategy part of the change.
But very simply and precisely made presentation.
