suggest if company not appointing as per offering letter which was been issued and accepted the same by the employee, but after one month joining / at time of joining mgt serve oppintment letter in which post and salary was low mgt say they are unable to comply with offering letter, if u dont agree u can search other job we dont need.

YOu can contest in labour court with a copy of offer letter, appointment letter and resignation letter of your previous comapny.
