I am about to prepare a Induction check list and effectiveness of Induction Training.

So in this regard i welcome all HR folks views and if anyone is having any formats plz feel to share it with me.

I guess Mr. Leo had given me some inputs and i am thankful for this i had compiled some material on induction.

Hi,

The points suggested are really useful but in my view we may add some introductory part of various departments like system of procuring materials and issue, GP & RGP Systems, IT Facilities, introduction of various peoples connected to employees departments for day to day work etc.
