Offer letter wont work here, better you consult with a lawyer(friend) and find out if you can thorw ball with payslip (I hope that you people have revd) Regards, Takecare

Dear, We don’t even have payslips with us but salary credited bank stmt would do the needful??

dear no problem, your attendance record will prove that you were in employment and you were present these days and earlier your salary paid by cheque .you have sufficient proof to establish your case

Wht should we do now, shld we go to a labur court or civil court? And how long it could take to get the needfull?

dear you approach to labour office because assistant labour commissioner is authorised to handle these cases .take help of some legal person and file a case .it will not take much time. tks j s malik
