Ask Your Present Company To Deduct Tds..
Your Past Earning Are Recorded As Payment Against Services Trough Your Bank Account Etc Then Its Recorded As Your Earning For Which You Have To Explain The Amount Exceeding Income Tax Operated By Particular Bank Account.
Its Depends, On How Payments Were Made On Record Or On Vouchers And Whether Your Pan Number Was Used For Payment Etc.

dear
its ok ,as you are earlier getting 50 k per month was not your salary and for that earleir firm will not issue you form 16 also.if it is professsional fee than they might have deducted your TDS ,if not ,you do one thing thaty show it as professional fee and deposit tax as your own.however consult CA in this regard will be better.

Presently as you have only 6 employees, you need not require to deduct PF from salary. You can get the registration done and then you can deduct PF. Provided the number of employees does not exceed 10 if your establishment is a "factory" and 20 in any other case.
Thanks,
Prashant
