Hi all!

Plz suggest me abt doing PHD in HRM.
I am currently at the beginning of 1st yr. in PGDM (MBA).
But i hv come to know that a masters degree is required to do it. As this course will give me a diploma (PGDM) should I hv to do a masters?
And also suggest me on the prospects of Doctrate as HR professional and University thru which I should do it.

First enquire with your university if your PGDM is equivalent to the Masters.. Most of the PGDM [of two years or more] are considered to be equivalent to the masters degree... [IIMs give PGDM]

Second, there are lots of universities you can do your PhD from, My boss has done it from Bombay University... But in my knowledge most of the top universities offer doctorate facilities...
