1]What motivates you to do good job
Answer-- I feel that good job means where you find good culture and good working environment & which you do satisfactorily, enthusiastically and confidently with high spirit of I would like to state that I am highly motivated by my confidence to excel

in my life. It is obvious for some people the motivation is required but for some others their confidence is sufficient.i.e they are self starters and I believe that I am a self starter to do a good job
2]. Why u choose MBA
After doing graduation in science stream?
Answer--By doing an MBA, we will get an exposure to the management

. Job opportunities will also get broader. Moreover, if we get an MBA degree from a reputed institute, good salary package will be available. Those people who are having good interpersonal skills get an edge.
3] What is the amount of pf and esi for employee to deducted ?
Answer--In calculating the deduction part of the salary, in terms of PF ,12% of basic+DA is deduted, & it can be equally contibuted by employee & employer. In term of ESI, 6.50% of basic+DA is being deducted from employees salary & employer contributed 4.75% and employee contibuted 1.75%.
4]What is onroll?
Answer-- The person who completed their training
Period the there become on roll staff his CTC & Position & Designation become changes

Answer-- Since I am a organized and self motivated person I can do my level best to improve your company’s standards without much supervision and also I have physical and mental fitness to face any stress condition.

Answer-- It should have challenging environment to work with and which can give a platform to improve one's skills simultaneously that leads to the growth of the company

Answer-- just introuduce your self like your Educatonal back ground and the your working Experiance and what roles and responiplities done that company and what is your achivemnt and ambitoin and your family background

Answer-- HRM is the thread that links every thing in the organization."Manpower is the true assets of a company and therefore it requires proper handling. Mismanagement of personnel can have an adverse affect on the revenues."
13] What are your weak points?
Answer-- Say something, which does not relate to your current profile and the profile for which you came. For example: Bad Handwriting. or I m workaholic.
14] Why do you want to join in industry?
Answer--Industries
provides us good exposure to apply our skills practically and provide us a chance to have hands on
experience in the chosen field...
15] Explain how you would be an asset to this organization
Answer--You should be anxious
for this question. It gives you a chance to highlight your best points as they relate to the position being discussed. Give a little advance thought to this relationship.
16] Are you a team player?
Answer--while answering this question, try to keep yourself on both sides. For example, if the interviewer asks if you prefer to work alone or on a team, he may be trying to get you to say you are one way or the other. But you don't have to play this game. The reality is that most jobs require us to work both independently and in teams. Your response to this question should show that you have been successful in both situations
17] Why do you want to work
for this organization?
Answer--e.g., "I wanted to work for this company because you are a leading and fastest-expanding company ....... Hence it is a logical progression for me to join this company with my abilities."

Answer--Of course

under pressure.
Answer--i have always enjoyed working
under pressure it is like a tonic which boosts me but i always keep it under contorl so it does not take a toll on me.

Answer--My consistency of good track record, Inquitisiveness to learn new and quick adaptability for change and finally the support and cooperation required by my team members.

I am also a HR person, I know how difficult it is to give a HR Interview, but I think from this, all the members of CiteHR will have a very good knowledge.
Like me, some of the Ques. which I was not asking till date, now I also will start to ask to my Interviewee.

1.Here the reuirement is "Onsite Quality Coordinator. Skills: * 12+ years of total exp in IT with substantial delivery experience * 5+ years of exp in standards & methodology" for the post of 'Product Manager' by an IT firm.
------ what is meant by "substantial delivery experience"

The Questions are Good and FAQs. However I would regret to say that there are no ready made answers.
You should have just posted only questions without suggestions and allow others to think about it.
All 5 fingers are not alike.
