I would like to have the latest minimum wages under shops and establishment act for IT industry in Maharashtra, Karnataka and West Bengal. Pls help me, I need these urgently.
Positions are,
computer Operator - KRA - Scanning, Scanner configeration.
Supervisor - Supervisor to Computer Operator.

we are in container & cargo handling,transportation contractors in container corporation of india ltd in hyderabad. here helpers (cargo loading), operators (fork lift, reach stackers, cranes), supervisors & office billing staff are working. so what is the minimum wages for these people. please reply as early as possible.

Can someone help me with the minimum number of holidays required to be given as per the Bombay Shop and Establishment Act?
I am working with a private firm and would want to know the same to prepare the holiday list for 2011.
