Hi Luv

All the neccessary fields are unprotected so that users can make changes. Still if you want to make changes , password is "shiv".

Sir shiv,

I would like to change the Opening Balance to hours like 10.25 or 11.50 cause sometimes they file a leave for 2 hrs only and not half day...how to change those thing..thnks

Dear

You need to add one or two more criteria i.e. similar to HD you may add Short Leave (SH) or you can use some other codes which I have used i.e. you may change LP into SH. You need to unprotect all the sheets, then in master change LP into SH. Then add one more column in all the sheets i.e.Jan-Dec at the end and give calculation for sum as SH/4.

Password for file is "shiv".

You may need to change some more validations accordingly.
