Dear all,

I wish to conduct a 5S training in my organisation. I have prepared the training module. But I am looking for some pre-training & post training "5S exercise/quessionnaire " that I can use before starting the training & during training. Please provide me some material.

I am attaching
  • a power point presentation for 5S training (preliminary) and
  • a audit check-list which can be used during the training program. The participants are made into 5 groups (for each "S") and each group can go round the plant with the check list. The groups findings can be discussed when they re-assemble in the training room
I had used this for 5S training and I am sure you will find this useful.
