Hi All,
I have a client who would like me to deliver a softskill training program to the students of his multi-media training center . The target audience are freshers. The client feels that the students should be educated on Time management, Communication, team work etc. which would be the fundamentals that one should be aware of before entering employment. The program is slated for a half day session next week. Can any one help me build the content for such a program. I am confident of delivering the same to the audience as I have 23 years of experience in sales and marketing and have indulged in many training sessons. I just need help in developing the content . I am aspiring to build my competency as a trainer. Any inputs in this area would also be helpful.

you can mail to me :

Looking forward to your help / guidance.

Thanks in advance.

Dear Vaidyanathan,

I have been involved in the above topics for BPOs, other corporates and state police forces. I have also done College to Corporate for the leading software companies of our country.

Covering too many topics in just half a day may not yield the desired results.

I could provide the material and brief you on it. Alternately I could come to Chennai and conduct the training.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

best regards

There is already masses of material on this site regarding soft skills training. Use the search box at the top of the page. Many CITE HR members have contributed a lot of material already. Just do a search. It is not hard. So many people keep asking for the same things over and over and over again. Search this site FIRST before you post a message and you find 99.99% of everything you require.
