Can some one help me out with Training Record format. Please share what are the componetns we have to list in the Training Record format.
as it is a necessary need, so you may keep records by bifircating in to two catogroies mainly, foreign as well local, you may again bifircate you local training as per your most or least schedules,
always put training material in employee files, but seperate file for HR needs like cost impect and other plannings and audit etc.
