Hi All Cite HR Frnds,

I'm a recruiter from chennai.
I'm working in an recruitment firm, taking care of recruitment for the sectors like Auto/Auto Ancillaries, Manufacturing, Engineering, Project based & Process based companies. In the field of recruitment i have 3yrs of experience.

And i have a plan to start my own consultancy.
At this time i have sufficient resources for recruitment(sourcing, Portal Search).

And I'm in the position of developing the business of my own company.
But i don't have enough experience or exposure on Business Development.

To develop the business i have some basic presentations & ideas,
But i don't have in the kind of professional way of development.
So, if u could help in by providing your valuable suggestions with presentations, attachments, strategies for developing a business on recruitment.

And kindly do me the needful for me and for career growth.
