how i have to prepare for employee perception survey.
hope that i will be get more feed back form you
that feed back may create zeal in my work

Hi Kailash,
You have not stated the purpose of the suvey. The survey can be done, in major 2 ways, at the outset, depending on the required outcome.
If the purpose is to to use the survey data, for making long term policy then it is advised to go by Gallops theory. U will find it in the Social Research Methodology by Dr. P. V. Young.
If you need immediate sollution for a particular problem or imporovise upon the existing behaviour, in that case I would advice you to go OD way, i.e. by taking the survey through BARS and plan immediate interventions.

now i am working on entry level in 450 crore company.

Default Reserach Methodolody (RM) for Training and development (T&D)

Just wanted to check with u, about the various statistical / RM methods that can be used for T&D...specially Training calendar or is there any ref or guide that can be useful for this purpose...
