How to learn PeopleSoft HRMS /Oracle HCM ??

Hi,

I am working as a generalist HR in an ITES company. I have a basic knowledge about Peoplesoft HRMS/Oracle HCM but I dont have any working knowledge.

How can I learn the Peoplespft HRMS 8.8/8.9 probably from outside as my company has not implemented any ERP system . Is there any place in Delhi from where i can get a working knowledge about peoplesoft...
