Hello All,

One of the best way to Learn PeopleSoft is to Install PeopleSoft on your PC (if you have one). The software is free and there is lots of materials from Oracle-PeopleSoft that is also free. Installation of PeopleSoft and to learn PeopleSoft is much more easier than learning SAP HR. if you have good internet connection and a system, you should be able to learn PeopleSoft on your own. for help of installation and free software, check here:

Well all of u can read good documents available free on the net called "PeopleBooks". These documents explains fully the feature, implementation, fucntional/technical side of all modules that PeopleSoft HCM offer. Here is the link.
