I think its more of an art. Because science is based on facts. But management as art which has to be creative from all edges to suceed. Its beyond all facts and fiction.

But Prakash If I say....... its also Science....... specially HR Management.

Employees = Multiple Choice x Many Challenges.

If I consider other specialization of management then also it deals with facts & figures. Isn't???
