Employee compensation act
Dear seniors till now i have been helping the members in clearing their doubts on labour laws but i have come across a situation where i seek the help of my seniors. i was asked by some of my known person to help him in sending the annual report in respect of his factory located in the state of haryana under the employee compensation act but i am sorry i could not find the mentioning of annual return in their state rules.i know that the the state of haryana has adopted most of the rules of punjab on its reorganisation but the same is also not found in punjab rules too. though i have been able to find annual return in master form in form 21which is resembles with annual return under factory act rules but the same requires particulars on all other acts including the factory act.copy attached. i seek help to confirm wherther it is the same or seprate return is prescribed for the state of haryana. the expert advice of the seniors is solicited. regards bs kalsi member since aug 2011
Lwf - factory in punjab but have some employees in gurgaon
Have one query our factory is located in punjab and we have some employees who are working in our office at gurgaon. we have not registered with haryana labour we have already remitted the lwf for these employees in gurgaon as salaries are paid out from there. kindly let me know whether this is correct or we need to remit the lwf in haryana and in case we need to remit it in haryana how can we do that as we have no registered place there.

Hi all i need a small help.. i got to know from the website and cite hr that minimum wages for punjab and haryana are revised for unskilled worker.. i want to know is thr any rule for minimum pf to be payed.. say my basic i have kept 1400.. and i m paying rs 168 12 of basic.. is it as per law.. or problem.. total i m paying him 3594 ruppes per month.. please help.. this is for punjab.. if there is minimum pf for haryana plzz do mention... thanx a lot.. will wait for a correct reply..
