Hi Friends,

Hope you are doing good!

I am 6 month old member of this site. When i tried to download a file e.g. the format of the confirmation letter, it shows a window stating "You can only download ONE file in TWO minutes. Please wait for 2 mins for your next turn to download. The System Will Automatically Retry In 60 Seconds. You can retry yourself by clicking here". I only download 1 file at a time. Please redress my problem. In the past i never faced such type of problem. I also used mozilla as per the mail as an asnswer i received from CiteHr side. But the problem is the same.

Hi Navin,
This happened with me too....however, if you leave it for 2 min the file automatically gets downloaded....this is something which has been designed in the website so that to reduce the chances of server going for a 6

......i hope you got my point.

Problem Solve

1. Go to Internet Properties
&
Delete the history & temp Internet files
then
download the same

really its working
