Future CEO from HR is very much rational prediction. But mere thinking and getting inspired with the contents of the article will not serve the purpose. I agree with J Antony Xavier and would stress that HR people should build such competencies and sets of skills which could materialize the same in the days to come. HR people besides strategic partnering should also concentrate more on understanding the business, its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
