just , it must be your system problem. Nothing else........
If you download more than 2 files....
For Example,
3 files of high file size,
due to your system capability/ else if you do any other works in your sys at the time of downloading, it will happen like that.
while time of downloads, dont do any other work in your system. It will result in such a end as you are saying.
Try again.......... It will be solved.

Dear......... Nothing to worry abt this its your system error, so my opinion is check it properly ram

This is a measure put in place to make sure people are not abusing the system by starting multiple downloads - it puts a lot of load on our servers and the site becomes very slow.
If you have downloaded one file - you need to then wait for 2 minutes before you start another download. If this doesn't work you can clear your browser cache and cookies and then try again. Of course you'll need to login again to do this.
