hai, can anyone suggest me the format for warning letters. One of the employee in our organization is not attending the office regularly. we have to issue him a warning letter.

Hi all seniors,
I have already issued one warning letter for not coming to office. Further I want to issue letter stating that he has to submit all document and what company materials is having have return to the company.

you are requested to draft a letter with the above contents.
