Hi ,
i am a year 2008 MBA - HR passout, from 1 year i learned some software cources, but i could not sucseeded in that area.
now i am planning to come in to Hr field again.
but when i am going for interview, pannel members are asking what did u do this 1 year.
i am not able to answer this question .
please help me , what to tell them about this 1 year gap. after my MBA to till now. [ 1 year ].

You can surely tell about your course.. You can mention you wanted to understand technology which could help out in understanding the profiles of the candidates( Recruitment front)

Tell The Truth You Were Studying Something To Increase Your Knowledge And Enhance The Utility To Your Skills. Although Skills Have Been Improved But I Have Yet To Pass Certification Test... Which I Can Manage With Simultenously While Working........
