CORPORATE HUMAN RESOURCES JOB PURPOSE
To enable the development of a high performance culture and responsive people policies in keeping with the overall business vision and objectives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1)To design and implement the compensation system for the organization by: ØEvaluating and defining clear bands and compensation structure ØUndertaking compensation and reward benchmarking studies in line with the business and reward strategy ØReviewing the compensation structure of the organization and suggesting improvements from time to time ØAssisting in formulating the increment and reward strategy for the company and implementing the same 2)To monitor and arrest attrition and ensure smooth exit in the company through: ØTimely MIS of attrition and resignation trends on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis ØProactively working with the Unit HR to arrest attrition wherever possible ØEnsure smooth and hassle free exit procedure and settlement of dues 3)To review and upgrade existing policies and frame new policies 4)To assist in the automation of HR systems to enhance overall efficiency and service effectiveness. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE Post graduate in Personnel Management or an MBA with a specialization in HR. At least 2-3 years of corporate experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR policies. Candidate from any industry is Ok. However, IT preffered. Role :- AM / Senior Executive ( to be decided based on candidates evaluation ). Salary range :- 5– 8 lacs p.a. COMPETENCIES ØStrong conceptual skills. Good understanding of Compensation systems and HR Policies. ØGood interpersonal and influencing skills. Ability to understand and address the needs of diverse groups. ØGood facilitation skills ØHigh result orientation ØHigh systems/ process orientation ØNumerical ability and familiarity with Micro-Soft applications
