Hi,

I am in the process of developing a module on team building. I have already taken a look at whatever is available on this site.

Incase anyone is willing to share a sample ppt for this module or any additional input, I would be greatful. Also wanted to know what should be the focus areas/contents for Team Building training.

Thanks,
Neelima:-?

Hi Neelima

Whilst I don't have a specific module on this that I can easily share with you, as I create sessions tailored to my clients needs, you may find this page on my resources website useful.

Checkout the links lower down this page for a variety of options.

Team building is indeed a vast topic with many ideas around. For general material I suggest trying Businessballs where you can find lots of ideas.

For exercises, I suggest you look at Team Building Exercises for activities related to team building and team leading.

In my opinion, the more physically active the participant are in these training sessions, the more likely that they will learn the concepts and the quicker they will grasp it.

Hope this helps.

I can only agree that Businessballs is a great if a little disorganised resource. Almost anything you could ever need in HR/management is in there, somewhere!
