 Help Needed- Switching of current organization

Let me introduced to you all. Am Sachin G, Working with Google India, as an Project Manager. This is my 8th year with Google.
A few days back I received an Email and Telephone Call from top boss of Cisco, offering a good position in Cisco with annual CTC of Rs. 31 lakh PA + some other perks in their HQ. The position offered is quite challenging and will have international exposure.
