The Summer & Winter Training Program at IIMS is only for the first year students at the B-School. Thus you will be able to get your summer or Winter trainees this Winter & Next Summer. Incase you are looking to take trainees in Kolkatta then you need not pay any stipend. But incase its in other cities then the stipend should cover the basic living expense for the person in your city.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEES & FINAL PLACEMENTS

The second years students at the B-School need not really attend college. Thus no matter which part of the country you are they can start working with you at a basic stipend ranging from Rs. 3000- Rs. 6000. But you need to promise them a payroll job in your organisation after the completion of their MBA. Students at the IIMS are not looking for high basic salaries. Anything starting from Rs. 10,000 per month after their MBA degree is enough. We can even get students to commit to you for their period as Management Trainees & 1 years after their MBA. Thus you need not worry about your Attrition rate.
