Im Suruchijain,new to this forum and just started my career as a trainee HR in a consultancy, I would like to know the complete recruitment process and i have to streamline the complete process in this organization.
I don not know how to start off. Kindly help me.

i wont be able to give you a detailed answer. few insights.

1. design a system towards HR planning, this will depend on the organization
2 review whether they have JDs and JSs
3 design a system towards recruitment request e.g. indents by heads requesting recruitments to be made
4 decide on mode of search for new recruits
5 decide on selection mechanism
